My life’s mission is to guide you from victim consciousness to empowered creation. Early childhood trauma wove a cycle of abuse that drew me into an abusive marriage, leaving my spine shattered and my body bound to opiates. Through deep introspection, the gentle embrace of somatic healing, meditation, and energy work, I liberated myself from medications, mending my body, mind and soul. In 2017, a spontaneous kundalini rising reshaped my life’s path, unveiling a radiant new world. Today, I live vibrantly, humbly guiding others to awaken their boundless potential.
From the shadows of trauma, dependence on prescription medication, and familial abuse, I discovered the gentle power of somatic healing, freeing myself from medications without rehab. Meditation and energy work rekindled my spirit, removing blocks that allowed me to finally heal. In 2017, a kundalini awakening unveiled my gifts as a healer and mystic, guiding me to mend deep wounds through sacred alchemy.
