Some live in the body as chronic pain no explanation could fully hold.

Introduction

I’m Kat Grace.
I support people navigating layered healing journeys — trauma recovery,
narcissistic abuse recovery, spiritual integration, embodied intuition, and
chronic physical pain.
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and deeply attuned.
I draw from intuitive coaching, energy healing, shamanic practices, shadow
integration, and lifestyle-based support — always with respect for the body’s
timing and intelligence.
This is not about fixing you.
It’s about remembering how to belong to yourself again.
