Rules of Engagement
A clear container.
A conscious choice.
Before you proceed to booking, read this in full.
This is not a casual space
This work is intentional. It is relational, embodied, and honest.
You are not entering a transaction. You are entering a container. Move accordingly.
The Nature of This Work
This space is:
- intuitive
- somatic
- spiritually grounded
- trauma-aware
This is not therapy, crisis support, or medical care. If you are in active crisis or require clinical support, this is not the appropriate container.
Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- your choices
- your boundaries
- your energy
- your integration
Not observation.
Not dependency.
Not outsourcing your agency.
No Rescue Dynamic
I do not:
- chase
- convince
- rescue
- override your intuition
If you disengage, avoid, or bypass — that is part of your process to take responsibility for.
Discomfort & Truth
This work may bring:
- emotional discomfort
- grief
- clarity
- confrontation with patterns
But honesty is required.
Attunement & Timing
Sessions begin and end on time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given:
→ A $50 cancellation fee will be applied.
Missed sessions without communication may result in forfeiture of the session.
Entering This Container
You are entering this work:
not urgency
not pressure
not dependency
If you are seeking immediate relief without participation, this will not be a match.
Integration
What happens after the session matters. Insight without integration does not create change.
You are responsible for how you reflect, apply, and embody what emerges in this work.
Consistency and honesty matter more than perfection.
This is a space where truth is allowed to surface —
and where you are expected to meet it.
If this resonates, you may proceed.
