Services
Kat Grace provides trauma-informed coaching, intuitive guidance, energy healing, shamanic practices, spiritual mentorship, and educational content intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, emotional healing, and spiritual development. These services are educational and complementary in nature and are not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or licensed healthcare services.Welcome to Kat Grace (‘Website’). Educational Purpose
All content provided through this Website, coaching sessions, YouTube, social media, newsletters, podcasts, writings, and educational materials is offered solely for informational and educational purposes.
Personal Responsibility
Your participation is voluntary. You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, emotional well-being, physical health, spiritual beliefs, and personal outcomes.
No Guarantees
Healing is deeply personal and unfolds differently for every individual. Kat Grace makes no guarantees regarding emotional healing, relationship outcomes, financial outcomes, physical health improvements, spiritual experiences, or personal transformation.
Booking & Payment
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Appointments are not reserved until payment has been successfully received. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a $50 late cancellation/rescheduling fee, payable before another appointment may be booked.
All sessions are prepaid. If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice, your appointment is considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable. The full prepaid session fee will be retained. The appointment will not be rescheduled, credited, transferred, or refunded. No exceptions will be made. Your reserved appointment time cannot be offered to another client once it has passed.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is deeply respected.
All coaching sessions are treated with care, professionalism, and confidentiality. Kat Grace will never knowingly disclose your identity, personal contact information, or any information that could reasonably identify you without your express written permission, except where disclosure is required by law.
Because Kat Grace is an educator, writer, and content creator, insights, themes, and patterns that emerge through client work may occasionally be incorporated into educational content, teachings, writings, podcasts, newsletters, videos, workshops, or other materials for the purpose of serving the collective.
When this occurs:
• Your name and identifying details will never be shared.
• Personal circumstances will be anonymized and, when appropriate, modified to protect your privacy.
• No information will be presented in a manner that would reasonably allow you to be identified.
Many clients discover that the challenges they face are shared by countless others. Teaching from these universal human experiences allows individual healing to become a source of collective wisdom while honoring the confidentiality of every client.
Confidentiality may be limited when disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or when there is an imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or another person. While every reasonable effort is made to protect electronic communications and client information, no method of electronic communication or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Intellectual Property
All written content, videos, podcasts, graphics, logos, meditations, educational resources, branding, and other original materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kat Grace and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or sold without prior written permission.

You agree to use this Website lawfully and respectfully and not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Website functionality, or use Website content for commercial purposes without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kat Grace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in services or reliance upon Website content.
