I’m Kat Grace, an intuitive coach, energy healer, and shamanic healing practitioner based in Dallas, Texas. My own spiritual awakening, catalyzed by a powerful kundalini rising in 2018, opened me to the collective consciousness—a vibrant, interconnected field of human energy, emotion, and intention.
But to be awakened in a world still asleep can feel isolating. The illusions of ego, division, and pain are heavy on the collective. And yet, I continue to see through them—burning with a mission to help others heal trauma, release bondage, and raise collective consciousness through sacred, soul-level work.
Seeing Through the Collective Shadows
Before 2018, I too was caught in the illusion—believing the fear, conflict, and emotional fragmentation around me were all that existed. My evangelical upbringing urged me to distrust the unseen. But in 2017, a wave of synchronicities, intuitive insights, and prophetic dreams pulled me toward my kundalini awakening.
On March 18, 2018, my full kundalini rising erupted like a cosmic tide, unraveling the ego’s veil and connecting me to the collective consciousness. I realized that much of our suffering is shared—woven into a grid of inherited trauma and belief systems. But with this awareness came pain: not everyone understands.
I’ve been mocked for speaking of unity in a divided world. Misunderstood for sensing what others cannot see. But I no longer shrink. I now hold sacred space for those ready to break free, to face their shadows, and to step into their light.

A spiritual awakening shifts your awareness to a higher level of consciousness. It’s as if you’ve climbed a mountain and now view the entire landscape, while others are still navigating the valley below. Their view isn’t wrong—it’s simply different.
