I am Kat Grace.
I walk alongside people whose inner lives are layered — shaped by trauma,
relational harm, awakening, grief, chronic stress, and physical pain — and who are
ready to heal without leaving themselves behind.
This space exists so you don’t have to fragment, harden, or bypass in order to
heal.
HOW THIS WORK IS HELD
My work is trauma-informed, intuitive, and integrative.
Rather than applying techniques or following a fixed structure, I listen for what the body, nervous system, and intuitive field are asking for in real time.
Sessions may include intuitive guidance, nervous-system attunement, energy healing, or shamanic practices such as soul retrieval particularly when trauma has created fragmentation, collapse, or loss of inner vitality.
All work is guided by benevolent intelligence, consent, and respect for your pace.
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is performed.
Healing unfolds when the body feels safe enough to stay.
From that safety, learning continues.
Insight deepens.
Embodiment matures.
Becoming is ongoing not as self-improvement, but as integration.

ON INTUITION & INNER GUIDANCE
Intuition is not something to activate or amplify here.
It is something to restore. Many people arrive disconnected from inner guidance after trauma, gaslighting, or spiritual overexposure. As the
body learns how to stay present, intuition reorganizes naturally becoming quieter, clearer, and more
trustworthy.
This work supports people in recognizing their unique ways of sensing, perceiving, and knowing and in learning
how to follow that guidance in grounded, embodied ways.
Over time, this inner orientation becomes a steady reference point supporting discernment, self-trust, and
aligned choice.
Awakening & Integration
In 2017–2018, I experienced a spontaneous kundalini rising.
It arrived as a full nervous-system, emotional, psychological, and spiritual upheaval — opening perception rapidly
while dismantling familiar inner structures.
What followed was not transcendence.
It was integration — learning how to live inside an awakened system, how to remain embodied rather than
dissociate, and how to stabilize insight so it could be lived.
This lived experience informs how I support others navigating awakening alongside trauma or sensitivity.
Shadow & Depth
The parts of you that learned to endure, appease, dissociate, brace, or disappear
were not flaws.
They were intelligent responses to what you lived through.
Shadow is simply where those parts have been waiting.

Invitation
You don’t need to transcend your humanity to heal.
You don’t need to suppress your awakening to feel safe.
You need support that understands both.
You’re welcome here.
